Prince William Plans to Join UN Climate Conference in Brazil

Prince William will represent the United Nations climate conference in South America in the coming weeks, as confirmed by royal officials.

The father and son duo appeared together on Thursday evening at a reception ahead of the climate summit, which is scheduled to take place in the Amazonian city of Belém.

Father and son were in attendance at the museum gathering, marking an unusual joint appearance at a climate summit preparatory event co-hosted by the British authorities.

Environmental Advocacy Dedication

King Charles has been a long-time champion of environmental conservation - and the Prince of Wales has assumed the responsibility, with his own Earthshot awards, which will be held in Brazil before the climate conference.

Palace insiders have characterized Prince William's attendance at the forthcoming conference as assuming an crucial position in "global climate discussions".

The King and Prince of Wales, making a joint entrance in the official car, were greeted attendees such as environmentalists, scientists, environmental activists, diplomats and government officials.
